Some of our extra-curricular highlights
Public speaking
We give our students the chance to develop their public speaking skills, helping them grow in confidence and express their ideas with clarity.
Sporting Programs
Our school provides high-quality sport and physical activity programs led by specialist coaches across a range of sports. These programs give students valuable opportunities to build skills, develop fitness and grow in teamwork and confidence.
Creative arts
At Fingal Head, the creative arts are a valued part of school life. With weekly music lessons from a specialist teacher, along with dance, drama and art, students can explore their creativity and share it through concerts, art shows and performances.
Trips and excursions
Getting out of the classroom gives our students the chance to try new things, learn in different ways and connect their learning to the world around them. These experiences help them grow and build lasting confidence.
STEM
STEM at our school inspires students to ask questions, experiment and find solutions. By working with technology and real-life problems, children develop the skills and confidence they need for the future.
Gardening
Gardening is a favourite activity at Fingal Head. Children plant, nurture and harvest, learning about sustainability, healthy living and the joy of working with nature.
Environmental Education and Sustainability
Our environmental education programs teach students to understand and care for the world around them. From recycling to energy conservation and sustainable practices, children learn the importance of protecting the environment for the future.
